The Ministry of Communications of the Peoples Republic of China (P.R.C.) announced on Jan.20, 2003 the 《Detailed Regulations for Implementation of the International Shipping Rules of P.R.C.》, which is formulated under the 《International Shipping Rules of P.R.C.》 and will take effect on Mar.l, 2003.
