Gourmet center, Shuikou Town
Shuikou Town is located at plain area, north shore of middle reaches of Tanjiang River, east of Kaiping City. It is around 14 kilometers to Kaiping downtown area. It is the join of four cities and gourmet center. There are a lot of gourmet restaurants in Shuikou Town. Qiaolian building is located at side of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang highway, coffee house is on 1st floor, western restaurant is on 2nd floor, Chinese food restaurant is on 3rd floor and 4th floor. Gourmet Street is located at Daning Road, Daxing Road and Daxing Road. Lijing Yuan restaurant and Dengzhao Ji restaurant of Daning Road, Nanyuan restaurant of Daxing Road, and Taoyuan cate of Daxin Road, all of these are representative. Sign dishes of Lijing Yuan Cate are roast duck and boiled mutton. Sauted milk dish is made by Dengzhao restaurant, it is special sauted by milk and egg white. Chengguang restaurant of Fengle Cun and Xi Ying Men restaurant of Dafu Area mainly run roast goose. Some restaurants cook roast goose when it is ordered so that it is fresh. There are other roast dishes such as roast pork and roast pigeon.
There are many special snack restaurants in Shuikou Town. Most snack restaurants are located at Xinhua Road, Weixin Road and Yongfeng Street. Especially in Weixin Road, there are many large and small restaurants, you can taste pig offal congee, beef offal, special fried Tofu, fish ball, meat ball, noodle rolls, sour & spicy noodle, fried dumpling. In there years, Shuikou Town is a famous faucet production center, and Shuikou faucet exhibition center is the symbol of business and trading town.
