Kaiping City 2020 Primary School Students Art Calligraphy Exhibition Opening

On the afternoon of July 16th, Love the Motherland-the opening ceremony of the 2020 "Agricultural Business Cup" Kaiping Primary School Students' Art and Calligraphy Exhibition was held at Tan Fengjing Art Academy.Kaiping City leader Liang Jianfen attended the event.

This year, the Kaiping Primary School Students’ Art and Calligraphy Competition was jointly sponsored by the Kaiping Civilization Office, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Culture, Sports, Tourism and Sports Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Associations, and the Municipal Cultural Promotion Association.The theme of the contest is "Love the Motherland". The activity combines the core values of socialism, allowing students to create in the atmosphere of feeling the beauty and strength of the motherland, and feel the true meaning of loving the motherland in the creation of painting and calligraphy. It is not only an art competition, but also an art competition. Profound patriotism education allows traditional art to be sublimated in the inheritance, allowing children to feel the influence of moral education in the creation of art. The event also hopes that relevant departments and all walks of life will support this calligraphy and painting culture and art project more extensively and continuously.

At the opening ceremony, representatives of the Municipal Education Bureau, representatives of supporting units, and representatives of first prize winners made speeches at the opening ceremony.

The Kaiping Primary School Students’ Art and Calligraphy Competition was actively participated by students from all over the city, and nearly 600 works entered the final review.After the final evaluation by the expert group, 30 first prizes, 60 second prizes, 90 third prizes and 120 excellent prizes were selected. At the opening ceremony, awards were given to the students who won the outstanding organizational units and the first prize.

The primary school students' art and calligraphy exhibition will be on until August 16.
