On the morning of March 7, Kaiping City held a mobilization meeting for the 2022 grass-roots emergency rescue team training course in the western (Kaiping) forest fire brigade camp of Jiangmen City.Yu Wenfeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The Municipal Office, Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, Municipal Forestry Bureau, Municipal Fire Rescue Brigade and relevant persons in charge of various towns (streets) attended the meeting.

Subsequently, the Kaiping Forest Fire Brigade in the west of Jiangmen City conducted on-site drills.During the drill, the team members first demonstrated how to operate torches and hoses. Emergency vehicles were also dispatched on the scene according to the simulated scene, and each team member cooperated closely according to the division of labor and used water hoses to spray water.

Kaiping City's grassroots emergency rescue team follow-up training began in March and ended in December.The rotation training content adopts a combination of theory and practical operation, and carries out training on basic knowledge of emergency rescue such as forest fire prevention, flood control and flood control, and geological disasters, emergency rescue equipment application and practical exercises, etc., to continuously improve the city's emergency rescue level and enhance emergency rescue.
