Spring returns to the earth, all things recover, and around the spring equinox is a good time for spring tea to spit green. Recently, 10,000 mu of spring tea in Dasha Town has entered the picking period one after another. Tea farmers have put on drafting hats and carried tea baskets to the tea hills and tea fields, rushing to pick the first batch of spring tea this year.

Walking into the Huancha Valley in Dashali, a faint scent of tea came to the nostrils, and the rows of tea trees were lush and full of vitality. It is said that spring tea is busy in March. As the temperature warms up, it is a good time to pick spring tea. Tea farmers are busy shuttling among the tea trees, picking the first buds of the year skillfully.

Farewell to the cold winter, the tea trees in Manshan have sprung green shoots under the nourishment of the warm spring sun, and the eyes are full of green. According to tea farmers, the tea picked before the Qingming Festival is the freshest and most tender, and the picking standard is the highest, so there is a saying that "tea before the Ming Dynasty is as precious as gold".

The so-called "high mountains and clouds make good tea", the unique natural resource conditions of Dasha Town endow Dasha tea with the characteristics of "high altitude, low latitude, cloudy and foggy, pure green, and pollution-free". In recent years, the scale of tea planting in Dasha Town has gradually expanded, achieving a total output value of about 1.312 billion yuan in the entire tea industry chain, and gradually forming an industrial development pattern dominated by tea.

According to Feng Shaoxu, director of the Agricultural and Rural Office of Dasha Town, at present, there are 3 organic certified tea brands of Dasha Tea, and 6 tea companies have been certified by Guangdong Province for ecological tea gardens. Town, and cooperate with many scientific research institutions such as China Tea Research Institute, Guangdong Tea Research Institute, South China Agricultural University, etc., to build a standardized production base for Dasha tea with the support of their science and technology.

By integrating "mountains, water, tea, flowers, fruits" and other resources within the jurisdiction, Dasha Town integrates the Dasha tea industry with ecological civilization, farmers' income increase, rural revitalization, modern agriculture, leisure health, education and culture, and has gone out of the A win-win road in which ecological protection and economic development go hand in hand, realizing the efficient transformation from "lucid waters and lush mountains" to "golden mountains and silver mountains".
