The inspectors of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau went deep into the production workshop, raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, and finished product warehouse of the zongzi production enterprise, focusing on the environmental sanitation of the enterprise workshop, production process control, product factory inspection, product storage, product identification and labeling, as well as zongzi leaves, glutinous rice, fresh meat, etc. The purchasing channels and certification materials of condiments and other raw and auxiliary materials were inspected, and the company was ordered to rectify immediately for the two problems found.The bureau requires enterprises to check the purchase of raw and auxiliary materials, and record the purchase ledger as required. Especially recently, the temperature is high, and attention should be paid to the storage conditions of quick-frozen, vacuum-packed and fresh dumplings. Food must be stored in strict accordance with the storage requirements, and stated on the product label.

For large food shopping malls, supermarkets, and non-staple food stores, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau mainly conducts inspections around four aspects: inspecting the main qualifications of the operators; checking whether the operators strictly implement the purchase inspection and the system of requesting certificates and tickets; inspecting the products sold by the operators. Check whether the labels of rice dumplings, peanuts, and salted eggs meet the requirements and are within the shelf life; check whether the food storage site meets the requirements.A total of 147 farmer's markets, 23 shopping malls and supermarkets, and 303 food distributors were inspected in this operation. Two labelling problems found in the inspections have been ordered to be rectified on the spot.
